Software Engineer III

• Work as part of a global, cross-functional team to develop innovative software for Zinnia stakeholders.
• Contribute to projects by creating well-designed, customized, testable, efficient code for company platforms.
• Assist our teams in providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, improvements, or custom enhancements to existing company platforms.
• Collaborate with our global teams and internal stakeholders.

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Undergraduate degree in technology, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Ability to develop software in C++, C#, .NET Core, etc.
• Extensive experience in Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, etc).
• Experience developing and deploying in a cloud‑native environment.
• Working knowledge of common Dev Ops tasks (environment provisioning, CI/CD pipelines, application monitoring).
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work as part of a cross‑functional, global team.

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.

Zinnia offers excellent career progression and competitive compensation. The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $115,000. You will also receive benefits including health/dental insurance, parental leave, profit sharing, 401(k), incentive/bonus opportunity, tuition reimbursement, and more.
