AI Engineer

We’re building the next generation of applied AI. At INEXOR, we’re looking for an AI Engineer who doesn’t just understand LLMs, agents, and data systems — but knows how to turn them into products people rely on every day. You’ll architect, build, and ship intelligent agent systems at scale, leveraging cutting‑edge LLMs, retrieval pipelines, and eval frameworks to power real‑world experiences.

• Design agent workflows with tool-calling, retrieval + persistent memory systems
• Implement feedback loops, evaluation mechanisms, and robust safety guardrails
• Operate vLLM/Ollama or external model APIs
• Maintain structured prompt + policy versioning
• Own latency, throughput, and cost performance
• Build ingestion and normalization pipelines (financial data, contracts, tickers)
• Implement corporate action handling, time‑series storage, and scalable caching

• Build CI/CD pipelines for models and prompts
• Run offline + live evaluations (RAGAS / Deep Eval)
• Implement monitoring, telemetry, and alerting using Open Telemetry and dashboards

• 4+ years building and shipping production ML/AI systems
• 2+ years working directly with LLM‑powered products
• Expert Python + strong backend experience (Node/Python services, REST, Web Sockets, auth)
• Deep experience with PyTorch, LoRA/PEFT, quantization, vLLM/FastAPI/Triton
• Real‑world experience building RAG + agent systems: retrieval strategies, compression, memory, tool schemas, evaluators

• Fintech experience (Plaid, market data, compliance, SOC‑2)
• Data quality + experimentation tooling (Great Expectations, feature stores)

Bachelor’s in CS / AI or related field

Master’s or PhD in AI / ML / Data Science (Preffered)
