• Partner with Product to develop realistic roadmaps for development teams, balancing project work with competing priorities.
• Collaborate with business owners and managers across the organization to identify automation opportunities, assess feasibility, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to enhance efficiency and save time.
• Orchestrate cross-functional dependencies and risks to ensure successful delivery of multi-year programs.
• Leverage technical background to assist development teams to mature and deliver on commitments and effectively deliver on parallel initiatives.
• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in cloud technologies, distributed microservices, automation and full stack systems to create solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop proficiency and experience in large-scale distributed mobile and web platforms leveraging cross-platform technologies.
• Stay up to date with tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in technology communities, and mentor other engineers; may be asked to code or evaluate code from time to time.
• Contribute as a senior engineer within a product team designing, developing and maintaining quality technology solutions for a product or set of products, including developing subject matter expertise.
• Mentor staff of engineers in technical and soft skills to craft a team of technically competent, customer-centric technology experts and foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning.
• Work with stakeholders to allocate team members to product teams to meet business and Product area objectives.
• Partner with the business to understand how the technology stack ties to business outcomes.
• Oversee testing and test automation processes to ensure robust, efficient, and scalable solutions that accelerate delivery.
• Hire, retain and lead a high-functioning, diverse group of engineers with clear objectives and consistent practices, driving toward resolution of challenging problems; include performance management and 360 feedback processes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (U.S. or foreign equiv.).
• 10 years of experience in the same or related occupation, including the following requirements:
• 5 years of experience in Engineering People Leadership and Development or related.
• 2 years of experience with automation, monitoring, and log analysis tools to manage operations.
• 4 years of experience with mobile and web platform technologies such as Flutter, Xamarin, Java or C#, Spring or .NET frameworks, MVC, REST web services, Java script frameworks, HTML and CSS.
• 4 years of experience with automation tools and technologies such as Selenium, Appium, Postman, JMeter, and similar frameworks.
• 2 years of experience with Scrum methodologies and detailed insight into Agile processes and ceremonies.
• 3 years of experience with knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• 3 years of experience leading and managing an engineering team to build and operate cloud services in a public cloud platform.

Travel: up to 5% (domestic travel).
