You'll build the extraction pipelines that read slips, endorsements and treaty wordings, and the tooling and evaluations that keep them accurate. This is careful work in a regulated domain, where a wrong number has real consequences.
What you'll do- Design and improve extraction pipelines over slips, endorsements and treaty documents.
- Build the LLM tooling, schemas and prompts that turn messy paper into structured, checkable data.
- Stand up evaluations that catch regressions before they ever reach a broker's desk.
- Dig into the failure cases, work out why a model missed, and close the gap.
- Experience running LLMs in production, and a preference for measuring quality over guessing at it.
Miami, Florida. In person, full time, on an early team. Base salary $115k to $145k, plus early equity.
