• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate in resolving technical incidents, provide support to internal and external users, and participate in the maintenance of our technological infrastructure.
• Supporting research, development, and optimization of agents.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams on projects that integrate diverse technologies and drive innovation.

• Be a university student or graduate with a bachelor's degree or higher in systems engineering, information technology, computer science, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge or experience with backend programming languages.
• Be a highly creative and independent person, capable of adapting to the demands of a constantly changing sector and with a strong focus on problem solving.
• Intermediate English and willingness to learn and improve the language in a professional context.

• Familiarity with databases.
• Passion for software products, technological innovation, and the business environment of a marketing and technology agency.
• Understanding concepts of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
• Interest in process optimization and task automation.
