Job Description & How to Apply Below

Full-Time, Direct Hire. The client is not offering sponsorship for this role.

Location: Miami, FL, onsite Monday - Thursday. Relocation may be considered for the right candidate.

Our client is hiring a Workday Enterprise Architecture & Integrations Leader (Manager level).

This is an opportunity for a technically strong Workday integration leader who enjoys working at both the architectural and hands-on levels. The organization is continuing to evolve its Workday environment, improve integration quality, and expand capabilities to support a large, global workforce.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the Workday integration architecture, technical roadmap, standards, and governance.
  • Lead integration strategy and ongoing enhancements across the broader HR technology ecosystem.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, build, and improve complex Workday integrations—not simply manage vendors or delegate technical issues.
  • Evaluate integration quality and address gaps in externally developed solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams, technical resources, and external vendors to deliver scalable, reliable integrations.
  • Explore evolving Workday tools and approaches, including Orchestrator, to modernize integration development.
  • Provide technical leadership and confidently guide architectural decisions with senior stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong experience with Workday integrations and integration architecture.
  • Hands-on technical expertise with Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and web services/APIs.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex integrations, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions independently.
  • Ability to establish architecture standards, guide technical decisions, and manage vendor-delivered solutions.
  • A forward-thinking approach to integration design, automation, and emerging tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business and executive stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience mentoring technical teams and coordinating internal resources and external partners.
Why Consider This Opportunity?

You’ll have the opportunity to influence the integration architecture and roadmap as the Workday platform continues to mature and scale. This is a role for someone who wants meaningful technical ownership, the ability to improve how integrations are delivered, and a voice in the platform's future direction.
