Electro Gum is a functional chewing gum designed for athletes — packed with electrolytes to fuel performance, focus, and recovery. We’ve grown to 1900+ college athlete ambassadors, 28 NFL players, and completely sold out in our pre‑order campaign.

We’re looking for a Social Media & Athlete Relations Intern to join our team. This role is focused on managing athlete communications and CRM — ensuring every athlete ambassador has a seamless, professional, and personal experience with Electro Gum. You’ll be the voice of our brand in athlete DMs and an important part of building our athlete community.

• Respond to athlete DMs daily with accuracy, speed, and professionalism.
• Maintain strong athlete relationships through clear and supportive communication.
• Answer FAQs and resolve athlete questions using provided playbooks.
• Escalate unique requests/issues to the founding team quickly.
• Log and track athlete interactions in our CRM systems (Notion + Social Snowball).
• Represent Electro Gum’s brand voice with energy, positivity, and care.

• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability — no mistakes in athlete onboarding.
• Comfortable with Instagram DMs and basic CRM tools.
• Ability to manage a high volume of athlete communication.
• Passion for sports, NIL, and athlete culture (preferred but not required).

• Real‑world experience in NIL, athlete management, and CRM.
• Direct mentorship from Electro Gum’s founding team.
• Performance‑based growth opportunities, including potential pay raises and long‑term roles.
