Private Corporate Fitness Center, Miami, FL 33126. Part-time schedule, Monday-Friday 2:00 p.m.–6:30 p.m.

• Maintain a warm and hospitable atmosphere for all members and guests, including greetings, check-ins, and directing them as needed.
• Receive incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and deliver them promptly.
• Provide members and guests with daily workout sheets and organize paperwork, maintain accurate records on the computer system.
• Distribute locker keys, towels, washcloths, workout attire, and sell health bar and pro shop items, maintaining accurate sales records.
• Schedule appointments for fitness consultations and personal training sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness of front desk, lounge area, locker rooms, and common areas; refill amenities.
• Handle laundering of towels and workout wear.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of club staff to ensure quality customer service.
• Perform accurate cash management and cashier closing duties.
• Perform other duties and assignments as necessary.

Must be at least 18 years old. Requires an outgoing personality, strong interpersonal and written communication skills, basic word processing and spreadsheet proficiency, and an interest in fitness. All candidates must complete drug and background screening.

• Current CPR/AED/First Aid/BBP certifications.
• Personal Training or Group Fitness certifications preferred but not required.
