Purpose of PositionAs an ambassador of the Net Jets brand, the Flight Attendant is entrusted with delivering an elite and personalized air travel experience while maintaining an uncompromising commitment to safety and security. Representing the pinnacle of private aviation, the Flight Attendant is the face of Net Jets, combining safety leadership, refined inflight service, and bespoke hospitality. Each flight must reflect our unwavering standards with – safety above all, followed by a seamless, luxurious travel experience that anticipates and exceeds the expectations of every Net Jets Owner.
TasksAnd Responsibilities
- Responsible for the safety and security of all Owners and passengers within the aircraft cabin, ensuring strict adherence to the Flight Attendant Manual (FAM), Service Procedures Checklist, Standard Operating Procedures, and all the associated policies.
- Conduct thorough interior preflight inspections; welcome Owners and guests with warmth and professionalism; provide personalized briefings and serve as the subject matter expert on all aircraft safety, comfort, and entertainment systems.
- Source high-quality catering from external providers when necessary, ensuring all items meet luxury standards and align with Owner preferences.
- Deliver elevated inflight service, including premium beverage and food presentation, turndown service, and execution of bespoke Owner profiles and detailed service notes.
- Ensure all cabin baggage is correctly and safely stowed in accordance with regulatory and company policies.
- Be capable of conducting flights for Owners traveling with pets or who permit smoking onboard, while maintaining discretion and service excellence.
- Operate effectively within a collaborative team/crew environment, ensuring consistent compliance with all safety and operational protocols, including close collaboration with teams such as Owner Services, Net Jets Service Representatives, and other internal teams.
- Act as a trusted liaison for Owners/passengers and Net Jets from arrival at the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) through safe arrival at their destination, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience throughout.
- Proactively communicate any cabin-related maintenance concerns or irregularities to the Pilot in Command to ensure prompt resolution.
- Complete all administrative duties, including inventory documentation, service passdowns, and required crew reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure the aircraft cabin is consistently maintained in a clean and organized state, adhering to company standards.
- Leverage innovative thinking to address complex issues, making prompt decisions in dynamic environments to drive successful outcomes.
- Other responsibilities as assigned, dependent on specific trip or operational requirements.

- Must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with a concentration in hospitality, customer service, business, or culinary arts.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage with clarity, professionalism, and poise.
- Proficient in personal computing, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Body size cannot exceed specific aircraft dimensions.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must demonstrate exceptional adaptability and the ability to perform in dynamic and fast-changing environments.
- Manage personal rest effectively to prepare for active duty throughout each tour.
- Flight duty periods may last up to fourteen (14) hours daily over an eight (8) day period, crossing multiple time zones and varying climate conditions.
- While on duty, willing and able to travel away from home for seven or more consecutive days and nights, with accommodations provided.
- Eligible to obtain all necessary airport authority and U.S. Customs security credentials.
- Successfully pass all Transportation Security Administration (TSA) background screenings and obtain required airport and U.S. Customs clearances.
- Possess a valid passport and maintain the ability to travel internationally without restriction.
- Hold a valid State-issued driver’s license.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Highly polished, service-oriented appearance and demeanor, with the ability to create positive first and lasting impressions and engage effectively with Owners.
