Job Description About the Role

The Driver position is a critical role within the transportation and warehousing industry, responsible for the safe and efficient operation of commercial vehicles such as dump trucks and box trucks. The primary objective is to transport goods, materials, or equipment to designated locations while adhering strictly to Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). and company policies. This role demands a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to safety to ensure timely deliveries and maintain the integrity of cargo.

Drivers will also be responsible for conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining accurate logs, and communicating effectively with dispatch and clients. Ultimately, the role contributes significantly to the overall success of the transportation operations by ensuring reliable and compliant delivery services.

• Demonstrated experience in truck driving, specifically with box trucks.
• Strong physical ability to handle loading / unloading tasks and vehicle inspections.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic mechanical skills for minor vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Able to lift boxes from 70-85 lbs.
• Ability to drive Cargo Van or 16FT Truck.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug test.

• Operate commercial vehicles including box trucks safely and efficiently.
• Communicate proactively with dispatchers, warehouse personnel, and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that arise during transport.
• Deliver and pick up document storage boxes from our clients.
• Load and unload vehicle.
• Scan and validate all client deliveries and pick ups.
• Complete daily driver logs and pre inspection reports.
