Hire Art is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride‑hailing company find a Logistics Driver – Flatbed Tow Operator (Class

C) to be responsible for safe and accurate deliveries within the company network. The role requires a valid Class C driver’s license and a clean driving record. You will recover company vehicles on public roads when needed and assist in transitioning to a more production‑ready company.

• Operate and safely conduct recovery tasks on public roads.
• Pull a combined gross vehicle weight of 10,001 pounds and up to 26,000 pounds; the current flatbed equipment gross vehicle weight rating is 20,000 pounds.
• Ensure goods are transported and secured in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections of company materials, vehicles, and trailers.
• Comply with all applicable DOT regulations.
• Maintain timely and effective communication with dispatch and ground support.
• Operate flatbed towing equipment, including winching procedures.
• Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs, including hours of service.
• Maintain and service vehicles as needed (refuel, change oil, check tire pressure, make repairs, etc.).
• Collaborate with logistics and cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to provide a great customer experience.

• A valid basic Class C driver’s license is required.
• Physical ability to exit/enter a vehicle multiple times a day and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Meet DOT physical and medical requirements as necessary.
• Must pass a background check and drug testing requirements.
• Clean driving record with no moving violations.
• Ability to operate large and heavy vehicles with a high degree of attention, skill, and dexterity.
• Must be flexible on work hours.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Work effectively in a team setting and have a hands‑on approach to getting the job done.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and adjust to provide a great customer experience.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of proven towing experience with flatbed driving.
• Prior experience driving a flatbed single‑car Dodge Ram 3500.

This is a full‑time, ongoing contract position staffed via Hire Art. The role will be onsite and available to candidates who are local to the Miami, FL area.
