Reporting organisationally to the Uniform Supply Chain Manager, the Uniform Supply Chain Coordinator will be a key member of the FIFA
26 Logistics team, and work in close collaboration with FIFA Workforce and Uniforms key collaborators and other key individuals. This position is responsible to provide operational support across all uniform distribution operations for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ across the three host countries. This role ensures that uniforms, including formal wear, business casual, and casual event-branded attire are delivered, distributed, and replenished accurately and on time to all Host City Uniform Distribution Centers (UDCs) and other designated locations.
Working in close collaboration with the Uniform Manager in each Host City, the Uniform Supply Chain Coordinator will assist with the logistics operations for uniform delivery and returns, coordinate with Logistics Service Provider (LSP) for transport and material handling.
The main responsibilities and oversights of the Uniform Supply Chain Coordinator for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:
- Assist the Uniform Supply Chain Manager in planning and coordinating deliveries of uniforms to Uniform Distribution Centers (UDCs) and other designated locations.
- Communicate with Uniform Managers in each Host City to confirm delivery windows, replenishment requests, and collection schedules.
- Coordinate with the appointed Logistics Service Provider to ensure transportation, loading/unloading, and handling activities follow the delivery plan.
- Track uniform deliveries and ensure all shipment details (dates, locations, vehicle info, and documentation) are recorded accurately.
- Follow up on outstanding deliveries, delays, or exceptions, escalating issues to the Uniform Supply Chain Manager.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including delivery notes, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and Proofs of Delivery (PODs).
- Support preparation of daily and weekly logistics status reports for uniform operations.
- Support the reconciliation of delivery documentation with LSP and Uniform Managers’ reports.
- Coordinate small equipment needs (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys) or delivery vehicles required for uniform operations.
- Respond to Logistics Service Requests from the Uniforms team, ensuring requests are recorded and fulfilled promptly.
- Communicate clearly with Uniform Managers, LSP, and internal stakeholders to keep all parties informed of delivery progress.
