For our MPL office in Miami, we are currently looking for a skilled professional with experience in U.S. Customs procedures to support our import/export operations.

• Ensure full compliance with U.S. Customs, PGA, and Federal regulations
• Prioritize shipments based on ETA, service level, and transport mode
• File and review import customs entries, including ISF and AES transmissions
• Prepare, review, and manage documentation in line with company and legal requirements
• Accurately create, update, and bill orders
• Maintain excellent communication with customers and internal teams

• Hands‑on experience as a customs brokerage entry writer
• Strong understanding of U.S. Customs regulations (air & ocean, import/export)
• Detail‑oriented with top‑notch communication skills
