The Event Logistics & PMA Logistics team plays a critical role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of logistics operations across all FIFA World Cup 26™ host cities. The main responsibilities include:

Core Logistics (All Roles)

• Support planning, coordination, and monitoring of logistics operations across stadiums, training sites, team base camps, airports, hotels, compounds, and non-competition venues.

• Track daily logistics movements and help resolve operational issues in a timely, accurate manner.
• Maintain logistics databases, dashboards, trackers, and operational tools to support real‑time situational awareness.
• Assist with documentation, reporting, briefings, and preparation of operational summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support management of Rate Card requests, approvals, and cost recovery, ensuring proper tracking and financial accuracy.
• Contribute to daily and weekly logistics situation reports, including risks, equipment updates, staffing statuses, and movement logs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, Local Service Providers (LSPs), and venue teams to support operational readiness.

PMA Logistics (Included Across Specialist & Manager Levels)

• Assist with the implementation of PMA‑specific logistics plans, policies, and procedures related to team arrivals, departures, training sessions, match movements, and equipment transfers.
• Track and monitor PMA logistics activities and provide consistent updates to relevant managers and stakeholders.
• Support Roaming Team logistics across assigned venues, ensuring agreed service levels are maintained.
• Maintain updated Rate Card service requests and produce regular operational and financial summaries.
• Collect and analyze cost‑control data, identifying efficiencies and supporting budget adherence.
