• Fluent in English and Spanish (oral, written, audible).
• Effective communication with all staff levels, including executives.
• Leadership and motivation of employees.
• Prioritization of multiple competing obligations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word.
• Planning labor needs in advance.
• Intermodal or management experience preferred; willingness to train new hires.
• Strong focus on safety and compliance, with training capability.
• Desire to train and upskill team members.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; A.A./A.S. preferred.
• Intermodal and/or railroad experience a plus.
• Strong verbal, written, and reading comprehension.
• Basic mathematical skills for data, maintenance, and contract analysis.

• Florida driver’s license required.

Regular duties include talking, hearing, and using hands to handle, feel, and reach. Occasional lifting up to 150 pounds, standing, walking, and climbing are also required. The job may expose employees to high temperatures, vibration, and occasional noise.

Work occurs in a combination of indoor terminal facilities and outdoor yard conditions. Employees may be exposed to high temperatures, fumes, vibration, and moderate noise levels.
