About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Import Coordinator to join our client’s team and manage the end-to-end import process for air and ocean freight. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, maintaining accurate documentation, and delivering exceptional service to clients and partners.

On-site | Miami, FL
- Coordinate Import Operations:
Manage and monitor air and ocean import shipments from origin to destination. - Documentation & Compliance:
Prepare and file entry documents in accordance with U.S. CBP and other regulatory requirements. - Customer Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and carriers, providing timely updates and resolving issues. - Data Management:
Maintain accurate records, including shipment details, quotes, and customer/vendor profiles. - Problem Solving:
Address logistical challenges promptly and develop effective solutions to meet client needs.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in air and/or ocean import logistics.
- Proficiency in Cargo Wise software (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and import compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Spanish language skills preferred.

Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, FL.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.04 - $26.44/hr.
