Location: Miami, FL

Pay: $28/hr

Schedule: Full-Time (30+ hrs/week)

• Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm
• Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–11:30pm

This role focuses on safe and accurate recovery of company vehicles on public roads, operating a Dodge Ram 3500 with flatbed equipment, and transporting loads using flatbed towing systems. Operators must remain fully compliant with DOT regulations and safety standards.

• Operate and safely conduct vehicle recovery tasks on public roads
• Pull a combined gross vehicle weight of 10,001–26,000 lbs (current flatbed equipment GVWR: 20,000 lbs)
• Secure cargo and ensure safe, efficient transport
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on vehicles, materials, and trailers
• Follow all DOT regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and ground support
• Operate flatbed towing equipment, including winching procedures
• Maintain accurate driving and delivery logs, including hours of service
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance (fueling, oil changes, tire checks, minor repairs)
• Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional teams to support customer experience

• Valid Class C driver’s license
• 2+ years flatbed towing experience preferred
• Clean driving record with no moving violations
• Must pass background check, drug test, and meet DOT medical requirements
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and enter/exit vehicle repeatedly
• Ability to operate large/heavy vehicles with attention, skill, and dexterity
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Flexible with work hours
• Team-oriented and hands-on
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment

• Class C Driver’s License
• Towing experience on public roads
• Flatbed operation experience
• Experience communicating with dispatch or ground crews
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Availability for Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–11:30pm shift
• Pay rate acceptance of $28/hour
• Ability to submit a Driver's license on request
