The Warehouse Coordinator position holds the responsibility to maintain accurate inventory and coordinate movement of critical materials, chemicals and large company assets. Items that will be moved include chemical tote bags, heavy machinery, large supplies on site or delivered on a daily basis.
Job DescriptionCore areas of responsibility are:
DAILY ROUTINES
- Add inventory items into work orders when required.
- Ensure material inventory levels are sufficient to meet production schedules by cycle counting and keeping proper records of physical inventory.
- Receive daily deliveries to the Warehouse and update inventory.
- Complete work orders and close out daily in Limble.
- Responsible for grounds upkeep to ensure a maintained, professional and safe environment.
- Supports Warehouse & Logistics Manager functions.
- Safely handle and transport chemicals according to established protocols.
- Follow proper safety procedures to minimize the risk of accidents or spills.
- Ensure compliance with applicable OSHA and company HSE standards, along with the site security program.
- 2+ Years warehouse experience
- Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, Dynamics, Limble
- Certified Forklift Operator – Both Rough Terrain and Industrial
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – bilingual preferred.
- Willingness to collaborate with team members
- Ability to work in complex multi‑tasking environments
- Constant desire to learn and grow.
This job operates in a combined office and farm/production and construction environment.
Schedule- Rotating shift: 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM.
- Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
☒ Kneeling and Crawling
☒ Reaching. Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
☒ Standing. Particularly for sustained periods of time.
☒ Pushing. Using upper extremities to press against something with steady force in order to thrust forward, downward, or outward.
The physical requirements of this position.☒ Heavy work. More than 30 pounds of force/lifting.
Safety- Ensure compliance with applicable OSHA and company HSE standards, along with the site security program.
- Proactively work to achieve compliance with safety systems.
