ECU Worldwide is looking for a well-qualified candidate for a warehouse coordinator position. This position will be responsible for fulfilling the backend logistics for receiving. Processing and storing inventory according to ECU policy. This warehouse coordinator will work on various activities that comply, record, and prepare on various warehouse tasks. This could include reviewing all import documents, planning freight, and general maintenance of warehouse operations procedures.

• Data entry CFS information in CMS systems with the WMS and TOPAZ.
• General order shipments.
• Submit PTT, arrange pick‑up container at pier, report empty.
• Assist with coordination of co‑load containers.
• Prepare loading guide.
• IMO / DGN knowledge.

• 1-2 years of warehousing experience.
• Distribution / Logistics knowledge.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety requirements.
• Exceptional customer focus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Good multi‑tasker.
• Must be bilingual (read, write, speak English and Spanish).
• Must know how to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the public.
• Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
