Location: Miami, FL

Position Type: Full-Time | Regular Position

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We’re searching for a Warehouse & Customer Service Associate to join our Regional Service Center (RSC) team at Vantage Elevation in Miami, FL. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent service to internal and external customers.

• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment in line with Vantage safety standards.
• Accurately receive, process, and fill customer orders.
• Perform inventory transactions, transfers, and reconciliations using ERP systems (Infor Visual).
• Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Operate warehouse equipment and assist with deliveries and pickups as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.

• Provide exceptional service to customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Process and track customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Learn product part numbers, applications, and functions to better assist customers.
• Partner with other Vantage locations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns related to products, pricing, and delivery.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience:
  
  At least 1 year in a warehouse or customer service‑related role.
• Experience in the elevator industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or POS systems preferred.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented with strong communication skills.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
