Beauty Master Warehouse Associate
We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products efficiently and accurately. Duties include picking and packing orders, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining inventory records, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized. Candidates should be physically fit, able to lift heavy items, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual.
- Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels, track shipments, and ensure accurate records.
- Warehouse Operations – Oversee receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching of goods.
- Staff Supervision – Manage warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure productivity.
- Safety Compliance – Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Logistics Coordination – Work with suppliers, transport companies, and customers to streamline shipping.
- Process Optimization – Implement strategies to improve workflow, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
- Equipment Maintenance – Ensure warehouse equipment and machinery are properly maintained.
- Reporting & Documentation – Keep records of stock movements, audits, and compliance reports.
- Budget Management – Monitor expenses and optimize costs within warehouse operations.
- Customer Service – Address client concerns regarding stock availability and delivery timelines.
- Leadership & Team Management – Ability to supervise, motivate, and coordinate warehouse staff.
- Organizational Skills – Strong ability to manage stock, shipments, and daily warehouse activities.
- Problem‑Solving – Quick decision‑making in resolving logistical and operational challenges.
- Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, WMS).
- Communication – Strong verbal and written communication for internal coordination and customer interaction.
- Time Management – Efficiently handling multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines.
- Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in stock management, documentation, and compliance.
- Physical Stamina – Ability to work in physically demanding environments.
- Regulatory Knowledge – Understanding safety, health, and environmental standards in warehouse management.
- Language – Preferably English/Spanish/Portuguese.
Location:
Miami, FL | Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00
