Warehouse Team Member

Responsibilities

• Receiving and storing material, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.
• Preparing and executing outgoing shipments as needed.
• Restocking products in the warehouse on a daily basis.
• Performing or assisting with cycle counts as directed by the manager.
• Assisting in locating and moving miscellaneous inventory.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse, sweeping the floor and removing debris as needed.
• Operating warehouse equipment safely (forklift, pallet jack, hand truck) and maintaining valid forklift certification.

• Assisting customers with loading merchandise into their vehicles.
• Providing the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Maintaining safety standards and reporting any safety concerns, incidents, or accidents to the supervisor.

• Minimum two years of verifiable warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of DOT and Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and provide a high level of customer service.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and working with minimum supervision under stressful conditions.

• Ability to walk, bend, reach, push, stoop, squat, and climb as necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Must operate all tools and equipment safely.
• Warehouse is an uncontrolled space with temperature variations.
