Export Warehouse Associate

We are seeking an Export Warehouse Associate with experience in export logistics, warehouse documentation, and outbound shipping operations.

• Create and maintain accurate warehouse receipts for incoming cargo.
• Prepare and verify export documentation and shipment information.
• Coordinate air freight consolidations and support ocean freight consolidations.
• Assist with outbound container loading, ensuring cargo matches shipment documentation and is properly secured.
• Maintain accurate cargo records and inventory information.
• Communicate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely, accurate shipments.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.

• Experience using Magaya WMS is a major plus
• Previous experience in an export warehouse.
• Experience creating warehouse receipts and handling export documentation.
• Experience with air freight consolidations; ocean consolidation experience preferred.
• Experience with outbound container loading.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
