RIVEN CORP is a Miami-based manufacturer and supplier specializing in custom-printed packaging and food service products. We work with restaurants, distributors, retailers, and national accounts, providing custom paper and plastic bags, cups, deli paper, and other food service and packaging solutions.

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and energetic Delivery & Warehouse Specialist to join our Miami team.

This is a hands‑on position with responsibilities split between local deliveries and warehouse operations
. On delivery days, you will follow Riven's scheduled routes to deliver customer orders throughout the Miami area efficiently and professionally. On non-delivery days, you will work in the warehouse receiving shipments, preparing orders, managing inventory, and keeping the warehouse organized.

Receiving and pickups are an important part of this position. The right person must be dependable, punctual, comfortable using technology, and able to manage changing priorities throughout the day.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities—not simply someone who drives a delivery vehicle.

• Complete local customer deliveries according to Riven's scheduled delivery routes.
• Load and unload the company delivery vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Verify every order before leaving the warehouse to ensure the correct products and quantities are being delivered.
• Use GPS, routing, and delivery apps to follow routes, document deliveries, and work efficiently.
• Obtain and properly record proof of delivery when required.
• Complete scheduled pickups from customers, suppliers, and other locations.
• Communicate with the Riven team throughout the day regarding delivery status, delays, pickups, or customer issues.
• Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with customers.
• Maintain the company delivery vehicle in clean and good working condition and report any maintenance or safety concerns.

• Receive incoming shipments and verify products and quantities against the appropriate documentation.
• Assist with unloading and properly storing incoming inventory.
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for upcoming deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain accurate organization of raw materials, finished products, and customer inventory.
• Help perform inventory counts and identify discrepancies.
• Label and organize products and pallets so inventory can be located quickly and accurately.
• Keep warehouse aisles, staging areas, and storage areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist the operations and production teams when necessary.
• Take ownership of keeping the warehouse organized and ready for daily operations.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, logistics, inventory, or a similar hands‑on role is preferred.
• Comfortable driving throughout the Miami‑Dade area.
• Comfortable using smartphones, GPS, routing applications, and delivery apps.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when checking orders, quantities, and inventory.
• Reliable and punctual, with consistent attendance.
