As an Order Picker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders within a warehouse or distribution center environment. Your primary focus will be to efficiently locate, pick, and prepare products for shipment, maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety. This position requires close collaboration with inventory control and shipping teams to support seamless operations and meet delivery deadlines.

You will utilize various equipment such as electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scan guns to handle materials and verify order details. Ultimately, your efforts will directly contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are complete, correctly packed, and dispatched on schedule.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations.
• Ability to operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts with proper certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Basic proficiency with RF scanning technology or similar inventory management systems.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items safely throughout the work shift.

• Experience working in a fast‑paced distribution center or warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with computerized inventory and order management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

• Accurately pick and fill customer orders according to specified instructions and quality standards.
• Operate electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move products.
• Use RF scan guns and scanners to verify product codes, quantities, and locations during the picking process.
• Organize and palletize orders to prepare them for shipment, ensuring stability and protection of goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
