Mr. Greens has grown into one of the largest privately owned produce distributors in Florida. We deliver 365 days a year, seven days a week, with multiple runs each day, and we’ve built our reputation on service that sets the gold standard. Our customers include restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores, and retail outlets across the state. When fresh produce has to arrive on time, they count on us, and our night crew makes that happen.

We’re looking for dependable, motivated Forklift Operators to join our night shift team, ideally with reach truck experience. While most of the city sleeps, you’ll keep our warehouse moving by receiving, staging, stacking, and organizing product so every morning delivery leaves the dock on time and in perfect condition. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where your work directly affects the freshness and quality our customers expect.

• Operate an industrial reach truck forklift to move, stack, place, and organize pallets safely and efficiently
• Sort, pack, wrap, tie, and label products according to company procedures
• Weigh products and record weights and other data on product labels
• Monitor inventory and keep counts accurate
• Log the movement of supplies, materials, and finished products
• Keep your work area and equipment clean by clearing empty pallets, wood, and plastic
• Follow company standards and all applicable safety regulations to maintain a safe, positive work environment

• At least 2 years of forklift experience (reach truck experience strongly preferred)
• Reliability and punctuality, since our deliveries depend on a team that shows up on time
• Attention to detail in handling, labeling, and recordkeeping
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• A strong safety mindset and a team‑first attitude

This role is active and takes place in a warehouse setting, which may include cooler environments. You should be able to perform the following regularly:

• Walking, standing, kneeling, squatting, and bending
• Reaching overhead
• Lifting 50+ lbs
