Ship Smart Global in Miami, FL seeks a hands-on Warehouse Analyst to run daily flows across receiving, picking, packing, returns and inventory, and to shape processes as we scale. You will implement SOPs, design KPIs, and support WMS configurations for cross-border brands.
We value data-driven problem solvers with 0–3 years in warehousing or operations, fluent English and Spanish, and a willingness to own the operation from the floor up.
