Base Pay Range$14.00/hr – $16.00/hr
Entry Level Mental Health SpecialistPosition
Purpose:
Participates in observing, reporting, and recording of patient behaviors under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse. Responsible for helping to provide a safe and secure environment and therapeutic milieu for patients and staff in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Desire to work with children/adolescents as a positive role model.
- Associate degree in behavioral science or related degree preferred.
- One year psychiatric or general experience or equivalent preferred.
- Must possess high school diploma or GED.
- Must be 21 years of age.
Entry level $14.00
All positions require the ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
12 Hour shifts, every other weekend off.
