Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM also listed)

We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Production Worker III candidates to support a well-established manufacturing operation in Miami, OK. This role is ideal for individuals with prior manufacturing experience who are comfortable in fast-paced industrial environments and committed to safety and quality standards
, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures.

The Production Worker III will play a critical role in maintaining efficient production operations while working extended shifts and adhering to all workplace safety requirements.

• Perform production and manufacturing tasks in accordance with procedures and safety standards
• Follow Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Operate in manufacturing areas with machinery exposure, temperature variations, and repetitive motions
• Maintain consistent productivity while standing and working on concrete surfaces
• Lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs as required
• Support team operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Adhere to all safety policies, PPE requirements, and quality expectations

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or production experience
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices
• Ability to work extended shifts (8–12 hours) in a physically demanding environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Frequent standing, walking, stooping, bending, and repetitive motions
• Ability to stand on concrete surfaces for 8–12 hours per shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to tolerate extreme temperatures and industrial conditions
• Required use of all applicable safety equipment and PPE
