We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Production Lead to join our client’s growing manufacturing team in Joplin, MO. The Production Lead will play a key role in overseeing production activities, maintaining workflow efficiency, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met across all departments. This position is ideal for a hands‑on leader who enjoys mentoring others and thrives in a fast‑paced industrial setting.

• Lead and support your team to achieve production, quality, and scheduling goals.
• Coordinate daily production schedules and employee rotations for optimal workflow.
• Safely monitor and operate machinery, following Lock-out/Tag-out procedures.
• Step in across production areas as needed to maintain steady operations.
• Train and mentor new employees while encouraging ongoing skill development.
• Promote a safety‑first
  , organized, and clean work environment.
• Foster teamwork, positivity, and servant leadership principles.
• Serve as backup to the Production Supervisor when required.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years of manufacturing experience
(leadership experience preferred).
• Fork experience required (certification provided by Scepter).
• Strong mechanical aptitude
