The 2nd Assistant Manager is an entry‑level part‑time management role that will not only sell our shoes to customers but also manage and lead the sales team when you are the manager on duty. This role is for the person that is looking for a career with great job growth in a company that values internally promoting our employees.

• Greet our customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories.
• Ring up sales on the computer, take cash, return tips, and run credit cards.
• Re‑stock the sales floor.
• Maintain a neat and clean store.
• Teach others how to do all the tasks above.
• Lead the rest of the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
• Make deposits at the bank.
• Process freight and set the sales floor as the merchandise arrives.

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and personal transportation to take deposits to the bank.
• Must be willing to teach others how to sell and learn how to be a people manager.
• Open/close the store and be able to work alone when necessary.
• Willingly stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Can kneel, twist, bend, climb a ladder, reach, stoop, and lift 25‑50 pounds.
