Property Maintenance Technician
Job location:
CStar Management LLC, Chisolm Trail Apartments, Miami, Oklahoma.
Employment type:
Full-time, 40 hours per week, on-call rotation.
- Prepare apartments for new tenants.
- Maintain grounds, pool and common areas.
- Perform general maintenance around the complex.
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliances is preferred.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
CompensationPay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour.
