As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of a segment of the company’s product portfolio, managing and strategizing its lifecycle from conception through to market delivery. You will define the product s value proposition by deeply understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Your role will be pivotal in steering product features, benefits, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment with customer demands and market opportunities.

• Conduct thorough market analysis to shape competitive product strategies and portfolio management.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, R&D, and operations to capture the voice of the customer, pinpoint strategic product necessities, assess product concept viability, and craft detailed product requirements.
• Prioritize product development initiatives, balancing potential revenue, strategic significance, resource availability, and compatibility with the existing product lineup.
• Benchmark competitive offerings, devising sales and marketing tools that highlight our unique advantages.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements, adapting product development strategies accordingly.
• Facilitate strategic discussions with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure product features and strategies meet market demands.
• Support the creation and upkeep of comprehensive product documentation and promotional materials in collaboration with various internal teams.
• Serve as the leading advocate and spokesperson for the company’s products, both within the organization and in the broader market.

• A Bachelor s degree in Engineering or Business, with an MBA preferred.
• At least 1+ year of experience in Product Management, ideally within the HVAC-R sector or related fields.
• Proven track record in New Product Development, demonstrating effective collaboration with R&D teams.
• Strong foundation in HVAC-R, with a preference for experience in residential, commercial, or industrial applications.
• Exceptional presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with technical experts, customers, and business leaders.
• Competency in interpreting mechanical, electrical, and architectural documents, including blueprints, specifications, and HVAC equipment data.
