Graphic Designer

SUMMARY:

Aeroseal is seeking a Graphic Designer to support our mission and elevate our brand. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our graphic design and marketing team to develop marketing and communication materials, including sales support tools and brand assets. You’ll play a key part in maintaining and evolving Aeroseal’s brand identity across digital, print, and experiential platforms. This is an On-Site position.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
• Strong portfolio of completed design projects, including digital and web work
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong eye for aesthetics with expertise in color, typography, and layout
• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality
• Ability to manage deadlines while collaborating effectively within a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Web development and HTML5 experience is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with the Senior Graphic Designer on projects from concept to final delivery
• Design original creative assets, including illustrations, advertisements, and infographics
• Refine images, fonts, and layouts using professional design software
• Develop fresh ideas to visually communicate concepts and promote products/services
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices

The estimated pay range for this role is $45,000 to $60,000. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s experience, skills, knowledge, and job location. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary and do not include bonuses or benefits.
