As an Applications Engineer, you’ll bridge the gap between product design and customer needs — translating requirements into precise solutions that meet performance, manufacturability, and cost goals. You’ll create and manage quotes, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and CAD drawings, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the ERP and CAD ecosystems. This role combines technical engineering skill with customer‑facing collaboration. You’ll partner closely with sales, product management, and R&D to support design reviews, validate field conditions, and deliver projects that exceed expectations.

This is an onsite role based out of our Miamisburg, OH. We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together.

  • Collaborative. You work well across sales, engineering, and operations to align on practical solutions.
  • Organized and process‑minded. You bring structure and consistency to complex, fast‑moving projects.
  • Curious. You like learning new systems, tools, and processes that make engineering better.
  • A great communicator. You keep others informed and work clearly across teams.

  • Collaborating with product managers on R&D initiatives and product improvements.
  • Partnering with sales and manufacturing teams to ensure technical feasibility and quality standards.

  • Documenting designs, revisions, and approvals in line with company standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
