Senior Mechanical Design Engineer – Aeroseal

• BSME or equivalent
• 3+ years of demonstrable experience in a design and product release role
• Ability to work both within a team setting and individually
• Excellent communication skills – able to provide technical direction and program updates
• Fluent in MS Office suite
• Strong sense of delivery and project ownership
• Hands‑on approach to design of experiments and testing

• Create Product/System Requirements Documents within a defined Product Development Process
• Develop robust design solutions that meet performance and manufacturing requirements
• Design for Manufacturability / Serviceability and pursue continuous improvement
• Develop DFMEA and DVP documents for designs
• Assist Manufacturing and Quality Engineering with Process FMEA, production test tools, control and quality plans
• Conduct testing per the design DVP and document results in clear reports
• Review vendor component technical data sheets, source components (off‑sheet or custom)
• Create new technical drawings and specifications, defining critical performance characteristics
• Support field trials of developed products
• Create Bill of Material structures in conjunction with manufacturing process
• Perform other duties as assigned
