We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to lead our financial operations. The Controller will oversee all accounting activities, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide strategic financial guidance to senior management. This role is critical for maintaining fiscal health and supporting organizational growth.

• Oversee all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, payroll, and revenue recognition.
• Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform closing processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes; analyze variances and report to management.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and documented processes.
• Monitor cash flow and participate in financial planning.
• Monitor benchmarks and KPI’s to measure the Company’s performance.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.

• Proven experience as a Controller or senior-level accountant.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
