Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities- Conduct in‑depth financial analysis and present clear, concise reports to key stakeholders, offering valuable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the financial health of the company and provide proactive solutions for improvement.
- Support strategic decision‑making processes through comprehensive cost‑benefit analysis and risk assessments.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors’ financial performance, enabling proactive adjustments to our financial strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, including a senior role.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial reporting tools.
- In‑depth understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholders.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Solid team player capable of leading and mentoring junior analysts when needed.
