• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy
• Minimum two (2) years of department/facility experience preferred
• Must have State Licensure or Registration

• Experience in pelvic health would be a plus

• Practice Physical Therapy consistent with the American Physical Therapy Association Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice
• Treat patients and function as a Physical Therapist as indicated
• Demonstrate excellent customer service
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making skills
• Convey empathy effectively

• Maintain a patient treatment schedule aligned with the facility's needs
• Collaborate with the team managing patient care and keep them informed of treatment modifications and progress
• Prepare Evaluation, Discharge, and Progress reports for patients and referring physicians
