A nursing role where your compassion and leadership shine. Kingston of Miamisburg is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled, resident-focused care in our Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care community. Whether you’re mentoring nursing staff, collaborating with care teams, or providing hands‑on clinical support, your role helps create an environment where residents feel safe, respected, and supported.

What You’ll Do

Deliver skilled nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and wound care with accuracy and compassion

Monitor and document resident health changes, responding promptly and professionally
