Your eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness will make a meaningful impact on the health, comfort, and happiness of residents, their families, and fellow staff.

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and shared community spaces according to established protocols
• Perform daily and deep cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing
• Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies to keep resident areas comfortable and home-like
• Follow infection control and safety standards to support a healthy environment
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to supervisors
• Provide friendly, respectful service to residents and families while carrying out your duties

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience a plus but not required—training provided
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weight, and stand for extended periods
