Your ImpactYou will own how Accelevation attracts, evaluates, and hires talent s role is responsible for translating aggressive growth plans into clear recruiting strategy and execution across corporate, manufacturing, field, and technical roles. You will lead the recruiting function end-to-end, partner closely with executives and hiring managers, and ensure recruiting operates as a true competitive advantage. Your work directly impacts our ability to grow responsibly, deliver for customers, and compete in a hyperscale environment.
YourDay-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own and lead Accelevation’s recruiting strategy and execution across corporate, manufacturing, field, and technical roles
- Translate aggressive hiring demand into clear prioritization, sequencing, and recruiting capacity plans
- Make timely, high-judgment decisions to keep hiring moving without unnecessary escalation
- Design and implement recruiting processes that are simple, scalable, and easy for hiring managers to follow
- Lead, coach, and hold the recruiting team accountable for outcomes, not activity
- Deliver an exemplary, high-touch candidate experience that reflects Accelevation’s values
- Use recruiting data, funnel metrics, and performance indicators to improve efficiency and quality
- Optimize recruiting tools, systems, and vendor partnerships to support scale
- Partner closely with executives, People, Finance, and Operations leaders on workforce planning and execution
- Proven ability to build and scale recruiting teams in high-growth environments
- 8–12 years of progressive recruiting experience, including leadership of recruiters or recruiting teams
- Experience supporting complex organizations, ideally in manufacturing, construction, industrial, or field-based environments
- Strong workforce planning and prioritization skills
- Data-driven operator with experience using recruiting metrics, dashboards, and capacity models
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with executives and senior leaders
- Experience implementing or optimizing ATS platforms and recruiting processes
