As a Site human Resources Specialist, you will directly support employees and leaders for our Solutions Group Miamisburg Location with day-to-day HR needs and will be based in Miamisburg, OH. In this role, you will support HR policies, procedures, and programs of a specific group of sites/functions in the US. This position will have primary support assignments but will be able to support across multiple groups/sites as needed.

Reporting to the US Workforce Support Manager, the successful candidate will be the main point of contact for employees and managers regarding employee relations inquiries for their region.

• This is an onsite role at our Miamisburg Plant location.
• Provide positive employee relations & manager capability support across our sites, using observations and data to recommend ER strategies & initiatives that will support employee morale and engagement.
• Work in strong collaboration with other workforce support tiers to ensure employee inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely, friendly, and comprehensive way.
• Support employees and managers with traditional support activities such as promotions, investigations, corrective actions, performance improvement plans (PIPs), terminations, and restructuring activities.
• Act as the main point of contact for employees for HR-related inquiries, complaints, and customer service (including case management, policy, or protocol navigation).
• Coach employees and leaders as needed on how to navigate and resolve key leadership processes and manage conflicts.

Bachelors

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• At least one to four years of related HR or labor relations experience.
• Detailed understanding of human resources and labor relations principles, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and cases at once, with strong digital case management and workflow tool experience (specifically Service Now).

The salary range for this position is $63,780 - $95,200/ year.
