Production Associates perform an array of tasks including but not limited to:
Hand assembly of various components within the timeframe set by the company, use of small tools, quality checks, warehouse duties, inventory duties, cleaning, small machine operation, and/ or any other task assigned by the manager. This is a full-time, first shift position required to work eight-hour shifts with overtime as needed.

- Build product in the correct, timely and most cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with quality necessities and specifications.
- Perform quality checks on parts.
- Learn about various types of building materials and technical terms to ensure future growth and knowledge.
- Follow all job tracking procedures.
- Follow safety guidelines set forth by the company.
- Follow all company policies in accordance with Accelevation’s Employee Handbook.
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Become forklift certified if deemed necessary by the manager.
- Perform all other tasks assigned by the manager.
- Requires pulling, pushing, cutting, assembling, lifting, and moving parts between 25-50 pounds.
- Able to follow instructions and execute with thoroughness and follow-through.
- At least one year of previous assembly experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, and explosives. The noise level in the work environment is very loud where ear protection is necessary.
