Powder Coat Supervisor - 1st Shift

We are seeking a skilled Powder Coat Supervisor- 1st Shift to join our team in Miamisburg, OH. The Powder Coat Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the powder coating process, ensuring quality checks are performed, and maintaining a high level of efficiency in the powder coating department.

• Lead and supervise the powder coating team
• Perform quality checks on powder coated products
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
• Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met
• Train new employees on powder coating techniques and safety procedures

• Previous experience in powder coating in manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
