Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the facility and all equipment.

Ensures the proper operation of mechanical and electrical systems for the facility and its grounds.

Ensures the proper operation of all manufacturing equipment.

Regularly communicates with plant management regarding the status of the facility's/grounds' systems and the operational condition of manufacturing equipment.

Advises plant management regarding any potential safety issues in the facility or within its grounds.

Performs any regular or preventative maintenance on equipment which cannot be performed by the operator.

Performs any mechanical or electrical repair needed for the facility, grounds, or equipment.

Performs any other duties, as required, to assist the company in achieving its goals and objectives.

Must be a self-motivator and team participant. Must be able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, over long, and often odd hours. Ability to interact with all personnel at all levels.

High School diploma or G.E.D. and vocational/technical degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in facility/equipment maintenance with good understanding of equipment mechanics and electricity.

Must have demonstrated experience with the repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of lithographic printing presses.

Also, able to read blueprints and have experience with PLC's.
