• Assist residents with daily living needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and mobility
• Provide resident‑centered care that promotes dignity and independence
• Monitor health changes and report updates to nursing staff promptly
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and care team members to follow individualized care plans
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Build meaningful connections by offering companionship and encouragement

• Active CNA or STNA certification in Ohio (required)
• CPR certification preferred
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or long‑term care a plus (training available)
• Dependable, compassionate, and team‑focused attitude
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
