Provide resident-centered nursing care according to individualized care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and wound care safely and accurately

Monitor, document, and communicate changes in resident conditions

Partner with physicians, therapists, and families to ensure coordinated care

Lead and mentor LPNs and CNAs
, promoting teamwork and quality care

Maintain infection-control standards and a safe environment for residents and staff

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio (required)

Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred (new grads welcome!)

Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

A compassionate, professional approach focused on resident care and teamwork

What types of shifts are available?
Full-time and part-time RN positions available for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Do I need prior experience?
Experience in senior care or rehab nursing is helpful but not required — training and mentorship provided.
