Facility is currently looking for Full Time, Part Time and PRN positions for both DAY & NIGHT SHIFTS. This role provides direct patient care and direct oversight to nurse aides, ensuring high-quality care delivery on the nursing units.

Pay Rate: $28.00 to $32.00 hourly base rates based on LPN credentials. Additional shift differentials apply for evening and weekend shifts. Optional daily pay is available.

• Assist in responsibility for total patient care within the nursing unit and management of the unit
• Provide direct nursing care to patients
• Carry out administrative and patient care duties as directed by the ADON or DON
• Supervise and assume responsibility for the actions and care delivered by the nurse associates, including adherence to policies and procedures
• Administer medication and treatment per physician orders specific to the patient
• Instruct and ensure care is implemented per physician/clinician review or standard of practice
• Assist and direct in the admission/discharge process of patients

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current license in the practicing state
• Maintains licensure (CE requirements) and CPR certification
• Desire to work with elderly residents and collaborate with residents, families, and staff
• Good organizational skills and follow-up when patient situations require
