We’re hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time and part-time positions — perfect for nurses who want stability, flexibility, and a positive work environment.

Provide resident-focused nursing care that promotes comfort, dignity, and independence

Administer medications and treatments safely and on schedule

Observe and document resident conditions; communicate changes promptly to RNs or physicians

Assist with rehabilitative, wound care, or respiratory needs as part of care plans

Support, mentor, and guide CNAs and Nursing Assistants

Maintain infection-control and safety standards throughout the unit

Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes

Active Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (required)

Current CPR certification

Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred (new grads welcome!)

Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
